Any unopened orders can be returned within 7 days of the order being delivered with a written declaration of withdraw. Any products that have been opened cannot be returned unless there is an issue with the product. In this case you will be provided with an address to return the product too and if seen fit you will be provided with a full refund or replacement product. All shipping costs when returning are borne by the buyer.
